Panama Star PANAMA. If you haven't bought your Easter Bonnet, head for Casco Viejo where stalls selling hats abound. This selection is displayed in the park in front of the Justice Ministry, and close to the former Union Club. But not a Panama hat to be seen. On Sunday, after the Sunrise Service on the patio of the West Indian Museum, there will be an Easter Bonnet parade. The old saying: "If you want to get ahead, get a hat", still has the ring of truth.
