Panama Star MADRID. Real Madrid presented its new coach, Manuel Pellegrini opening up what the club hopes will be a new era in its history.
The 55-year-old Chilean was named late Monday to replace Juande Ramos, who was signed to a six-month contract in mid-December.
He is the first coach under the second term of president Florentino Perez, who called Pellegrini "an intelligent professional, a worker, well-balanced.. who always tries for elegant and tasteful football."
