FIA calls for freeze in dispute

The governing body needs more time to examine the proposals
Panama Star There is no time left for this," FIA president Max Mosley said in a letter to the Geneva-based Formula One Teams Association (FOTA) which was made available to AFP.
Previously the FIA set a deadline of Friday, June 19 to approve applications for the 2010 Formula One circuit.
Mosley said more time was needed to examine counter-proposals from FOTA about the rule changes aimed at cutting costs in the sport.
