Buyers invest in real state

PANAMA. A recent survey on real state brokers revealed that instead of investing in gold, customers are betting their money in panama’s real state market.
Rather than living in them, buyers see apartments as a safe and profitable way to invest their money. Fifty professional real state brokers were surveyed by Swiss Panama Group about the effects of the global economy crisis in their industry and current trends on real state purchases. The buying trend leans towards apartments rather than houses. Aside from Panamanians, Venezuelans are the customers most interested in buying property in Panama, followed by Americans and a small percentage of Europeans. They think that ¡ properties available outnumber the amount of buyers. San Francisco neighborhood is perceived as the area with more diminishing prices. Questioned about the effect of the economical crisis, more than half were ambivalent on how it trainable into monthly sales.
