PANAMA. The Civil protection agency (SINAPROC) has declared a green alert on Bocas del Toro province for the overflow of the Cricamola and Sixaola rivers. The flooding affected more than 300 families. According to Arturo Alvarado, SINAPROC 's director, humanitarian aid was sent to the region yesterday. Some of the roads have suffered serious damages; government institutions will tour the area this weekend to evaluate the situation.
