New store offers party solutions

Mercedes, a schoolteacher and Ana Luisa, a lawyer, veterans of scores of children’ parties set out to help parents give a party with a difference.

A football-themed birthday? Everything Hanna Montana from top to bottom? They will help you get the perfect piñata, create unique party favors for the occasion, give you decoration ideas, wrap presents, offer you helium balloons.. you name it!

Jack in the Bag makes its own piñatas, which help them take your input into consideration during the crafting process. Want a magician hat for a piñata? Perhaps thinking of going unconventional by opting for a flip-flop? Consider it done.

Same goes with party favors. The month-old store will create special party “loot bags” according to your taste and preferences, offering a unique alternative to the traditional plastic bag filled with candies from the corner store.

Some of their latest creations have included a purse-like case that carried a lip gloss, nail polish and similar beauty products for a girl’s party; and a bucket with utensils to play in the sand for a beach-themed party.

The store carries an array of toys, both of which can be used as gifts for guests (they will add a personalized sticker thanking guests for their attendance), and as gifts for birthdays and similar celebrations, which they will beautifully wrap for you as well as offer gift bags.
