The leaders of the Transport Chamber (Camara de Transporte) CANATRA, said that it is possible that their fleet will take part in the strike.
It is expected that more than 25 unions and civil organizations will participate in the general strike.
The unions are protesting against the high cost of the basic food basket, Transmovil project that will get rid off of the so called “diablos rojos” and unified health system that the government is proposing as a way to improve medical service.
