Panama. A cistern truck carrying 10 thousand gallons of fuel flipped over on Via Omar Torrijos, located in the Albrook sector. The accident occured yesterday, when the driver, Boris Montenegro lost control of the vehicle, landing upside down in the middle of the road. Arriving at the scene were personnel from the companies Atlantic Pacic S.A. (Apsa) and Ocean Pollution Control. Both ensuring the proper cleanup and fuel recovery to avoid any damage to the environment.
