PANAMA. This past weekend was scrutiny time for the Post and Telegraph agency (COTEL). Exberto Cedeño Tejeira, director and Teresa Montilla, sub-director toured city post offices to evaluate the needs of each office. The most important issue for the users is trust; with an inefficient and old fashioned service, the new administration has to regain customer confidence in their services. “Sadly, we have very deteriorated offices” she said. New services will be implemented through their web page to improve response time to users.
