PANAMA. President Ricardo Martinelli has ordered the suspension of the plots adjudication for the Colon Free Zone, located near Frankfield Airport.
Martinelli took that decision after finding out that the previous Colon Free Zone administration benefited less that 24 people with the adjudication of nearly 57 plots of land in the expansion area of the zone. That expansion was fueled by the Martin Torrijos government with the purpose of eliminating the Colon Airport. The president said that it up is to the people of Colon to help him.
