The Fotokina case will be heard on the Fifth Penal Court today and the principal accused are Uttan Choitharam Nandwani and Murli Chugani.
The fraudulent bankruptcy of Fotokina affected 21 banks and left losses of $32 million, back in 2002. They suspended the status of limitation in the case in May 2008 to be able to prosecute the company owners.
The Adelag case against the brothers Aquilino De La Guardia and Carlos De La Guardia will be heard on December 16.
The brothers allegedly forged documents as part of a scam and $51 million went missing from the company’s books.
It is expected that both cases will come to an end over the next few months.
