GEORGIA. The guards of the Poti Regional Department of the Border Police Coastal Protection Operations have arrested the third vessel sailing with Panama flag during the past seven days.

'The vessel crew has been already fined with 65,462 GEL. Egemen Doven entered the Poti Port at 5 a.m. yesterday and right after the arrival it committed the fact of environmental pollution,' the official of the conventional inspection said.
