Michael Phelps is arrested, acused of DWI
The police of Maryland informed that the American swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps, was arrested and is accused of DWI.
Police said that Phelps was arrested at the Ford McHenryTunnel in Baltimore about 1:40 a.m. Thursday. He was driving his car 84 miles per hour in a site where the speed limit is 45 mph.
