Panama’s Foreign Minister Samuel Lewis Navarro met yesterday with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to discuss “bilateral and hemispheric issues, especially in light of the upcoming Summit of the Americas,” according to Lewis. “Panama and the US have enjoyed a very special relationship, historically, which has helped us tackle many issues in the past. And we are sure that is what will continue to happen,” he said.
