PANAMA CITY. During the early hours of May 3, 25 people were arrested for consuming alcohol, selling intoxicating drinks and carrying firearms, offences contrary to the Electoral Code.
Three of the cases were in the Herrera province, others in Vacamonte, Brisas del Golf, San Miguelito, Juan Diaz, Avenida B, El Chorrillo and the canal area, where various shopkeepers, were apprehended.
In Monagrillo, Chitre province, a 31-years-old man was arrested inside his vehicle, where he had concealed a pistol without having a permit.
