After Panama won first place, three consecutive years for its roasted coffee beans, , SCAP decided it was time to take it one step further.
“It's all about how you take advantage of the product. For it's not just about the grain, but also how you prepare it that matters”, said Cristela Koyner, Kotowa Coffee House rep., also a memeber of SCAP.
Participating in the Championships, were eight representatives, from companies who produce their own coffee Kotowa Coffee House, Maritanos,Los Lajones, Aventuras del Isthmo, Duran and Subway.
