We are not tax haven

PANAMA. “Panama is not a tax heaven, because in our country everybody pays taxes and what is really happening is that the big countries are trying to take over the small markets during this critical period” said the former Panama Bank Superintendent, Delia Cardenas. The Economic Development and Cooperation Organization has created a world crisis because of its ineptitude and its incapacity to be able to supervise the different banking systems and now are saying that the lost money is being found in the so called tax heavens, said Cardenas. Panama always has been on the black list and therefore it should not despair, because the judicial system here is transparent and the banks that are here feel secure that their clients details are not used to persecute them.
