PANAMA. The aim of the Ricardo Martinelli administration is to cut red tape and to have a less centralized administration, said Minister of Government and Justice, Jose Raul Mulino, during a meeting with general directors and deputy directors that form the institution.

Mulino said that he wants to reform the Ministry of Government and Justice, but without breaking the legal parameters that rule it. He added that he is going to dedicate a great part of his time to resolve the national security problem.

The minister said that all the security institutions will be provided with the necessary resources and equipment to be able to do their jobs to produce good results within a reasonable period of time.
