Lawyer of Kremers family presents case against Prosecutors
Arrocha insisted that new analysis to the girls' cellphones, remains and belongings have to be done

Enrique Arrocha, lawyer of the Kremers family, presented yesterday a case against the Prosecutors before the Superior Court of Panama, in hopes of being able to appeal to international Courts of Justice.
Arrocha insisted that new analysis to the girls' cellphones, remains and belongings have to be done, but the Prosecutor Betzaida Pittí refuses to request them.
"I intend to obtain an order from the Court that allows new analysis to be done", he mentioned. He added that the Public Ministry is failing in its duty, because all what is asked from them is to investigate.
The investigation has also been difficult because of the lack of translated reports from The Netherlands, according to Arrocha. He also stated that the Kremers family is requesting deeper research to be conducted in order to find out the cause of death of both Dutch girls.
The families of Kremers and Froon are demanding to obtain the girls' belongings with the help of the Dutch embassy of Panama. Arrocha mentioned that Betzaida Pitti's theory of the girls being attacked and killed by wild animals lacks credibility.
