PANAMA. The Executive branch headed by President Martin Torrijos declared a state of emergency in the different sectors that were affected over the weekend by the floods in Bocas del Toro, Chiriqui’s highlands and the coasts of Colon in order to facilitate and expedite governmental aid responses.
