PANAMA. European Generalised System of Preferences have informed their Panamanian counterparts that Panama had not fulfilled the administrative procedures to be included in the program that allows products to be sent to Europe with preferential interest. The program offers preferential treatment to products exported to Europe. The spotlight is now on the brother of PRD´s presidential candidate Balbina Herrera, Pablo Garrido Arauz, Panamanian ambassador to Belgium, who supposed to hand in the form.
