OCEAN SPRINGS, MISSISSIPI. Residents visit a local hadrware store to stock up with chainsaws, tarps and other supplies as Tropical Storm Gustav heads towards land. It is predicted that it will become a hurricane by the time it makes landfall. Residents of New Orleans, which was devastated by Hurricane Katrina, have been told to prepare to evacuate this weekend. The category three storm has killed 71 people in the Carribean already.
