Stories from the United States' relationship with the Panama Canal, in celebration of its centenary
Carolina Lara has worked in the Panama Canal since February 2010. In 2011 she received a Fulbright – SENACYT scholarship to study Hydraulic Engineering in the University of Illinois. She completed her studies and returned to panama on 2012, since then she has continued to work as a hydraulic engineer in the expansion of the Panama Canal.
