PANAMA.Opposition members are still not able to reach a consensus. Members of the Panameñista Party have rejected Ricardo Martinelli’s proposal to hold a survey in order to define who could lead an opposition coalition.
Bosco Vallarino, a candidate for mayor in the Panameñista Party, is certain that a survey would be a method open to manipulation.
The Panameñistas will not even consider hiring four or fivedifferent foreign survey houses like the Democratic Change (Cambio Democratico) candidate suggested.
