LONDON. Frank Lampard admits Chelsea captain John Terry has a big decision to make as he ponders a move to Manchester City.
Terry is yet to commit himself either way as he mulls over a big-money switch to Eastlands, though the Blues are desperate for their skipper to sign an extended deal.
Lampard, who came close to linking up with former boss Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan last summer, says Terry shouldn't be criticised for considering the offer.
He told The Times: "I don't know what he will do. I've been in John's position, but everyone at the club wants him to stay. I had an option to leave last summer, to go with a manager who I love, but it came at a time in my life that, maybe, just wasn't right. People should respect his right to choose.”
