The girl was taken to the Childhood and Adolescents headquarters, after the police decided she was in danger.
Meanwhile the parents were arrested and taking to the a detention center until further notice.
The girl was discovered as the policemen were making sure that the curfew for minors was being complied with. Last night only one young person was detained.
The Ministry of Social Development together with the National Police has launched a campaign to identify adolescents and children who are in danger.
