Student behavioral problems are not the reason for the Ministry of Education’s decision to open an investigation on Mora, this time. Although, Petra Serracin, regional Education director, confirmed the on going investigation to be true, she did not specify reasons why.
However, Andres Rodriguez, from the Teachers Asociation, claims Mora, is under investigation for allegedly stealing from the government.
Substantial evidence shows that for three years, he collected his check as director of the Institute at the same time collecting money for teaching at different establishment.
